Today we drove to the small (very small) town of Gamay to take a six mile hike. We had some difficulty finding the starting point so we went to a local wine cave and were lucky enough to find someone who spoke a little English and could give us directions. It was a beautiful hike through the vineyards and forest.
At the end of the hike we went back to the wine cave, thank the gentleman again for his assistance, tasted some wine and bought some wine. Another great day in France.
Tomorrow we head to Dijon to tour the city and pick up our friends Jim and Judy who are joining us for the rest of the trip.
